Exchanges and refunds are only allowed in case of product defects.

When you place an order, the product will be manufactured at that time. Therefore, delivery may take a long time (1-2 weeks or 2-3 weeks depending on the destination country). Since it is a made-to-order product, exchange or refund due to a change of mind is not allowed after the order has been placed. However, if there is a defect in the product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item.

Cancellation is not allowed once the status of the order changes from payment pending to product preparation.
